Terms, privacy, refunds

What Brennan AI is

Brennan AI is a chat assistant trained on Pete Brennan's public teaching: his videos, talks, interviews and frameworks. It answers in his voice and applies his methods to your studio. It is software, not Pete. It can be wrong, out of date, or miss something about your situation. Treat every answer as a starting point and use your own judgement before you quote a client, sign a contract, or make a financial decision. Brennan AI is not legal, financial or tax advice.

Membership and billing

• Brennan AI costs US$99 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card you enter at checkout, through Stripe. Prices exclude any tax your country adds.
• Your membership renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from the Billing link at the bottom of the Brennan AI sidebar or by emailing us. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for.
• Fair use: each member gets a generous daily question limit so one person cannot slow things down for everyone. You will see a message if you reach it.
• One membership is for one person. Do not share your sign-in. We may close accounts that are shared or used to copy the material.

Refunds

If Brennan AI is not for you, tell us within 7 days of any payment and we refund that payment in full. No forms, no questions, just email us. After 7 days the month is yours, and we refund any month you have not started yet. Refunds go back to the original card and can take 5 to 10 business days to show.

Your data and privacy

• We store your email, the name you give us, your conversations with Brennan AI, and the profile and memories you choose to add, so you can pick up where you left off on any device.
• Your questions are sent to our AI provider, Poppy AI, to generate answers. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Pete and his team can see what members ask, in aggregate and by member, to improve the answers and the material. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Delete your account any time from the ··· menu → Account. It ends your membership and removes your chats, profile and memories. Email us if you want a copy of your data first.
• You sign in with your email and a password (stored hashed, never in plain text). We set a cookie to keep you signed in for 30 days.

The material

Everything Brennan AI says draws on Pete Brennan's work and belongs to Electric Brands. Use it in your own business as much as you like. Do not republish it, resell it, or use it to train another product.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price, we email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Brennan AI after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
